Kate Lampard CBE

determination

Just three weeks after Kate Lampard CBE was asked to intervene by Jeremy Hunt, the Health Secretary, she determined that there was no flaw in the way the DoH and Speaking Out team had handled my claim, interview etc. and determined my civil rights in this matter, this is despite the fact that the Speaking Out inquiry team, categorically did not have the powers within their remit to determine criminal or civil liability, this is stated in the document used to set up the inquiry and repeated in the document below.

Considering how busy Kate must be, and the volume of documents involved in my case by this time, to reconsider my case in this timeframe I consider was impossible, so it is likley she simply gave my case lip service, rather than reconsideration.

After this, Jeremy hunt and Fabian Hamilton dropped interest.

This is the legislation set up for the inquiry, and the section I wanted Kate to look at in detail.
